Discovering wines from the end of the world

Chile and Argentina are old lands of wine. It has been produced since the arrival of the Spaniards, its reputation is well established: it is on the slopes of the Andes that the vines have found the most favorable soils. Nothing to see, however, between Argentinian wines, which grow sheltered from the Andes, and those of Chile, whose hills are exposed to the clouds of the Pacific, recalls Hélène Savoye.
